The renowned Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center, of Hendersonville, TN, presents the Monthaven Art Experience at the 2021 Tennessee Honey Festival!
Tennessee Honey Festival founder and U.S. Pest Protection President, Erica Brister, along with her husband, Chief Growth Officer of U.S. Pest, J.K. Brister, are the first founding members of Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center. Both U.S. Pest and Monthaven are premier partners of the Tennessee Honey Festival, an annual event bringing support and awareness to our pollinators.
Monthaven is a staple in the community of Hendersonville. They offer children’s art classes, where they encourage children to put their creativity on a blank canvas. For adults who are also interested in taking an art class they also provide adult classes. These classes are more advanced and for individuals who want to improve their artistic skills. Monthaven also provides a one-of-a-kind exhibit viewing experience, showcasing pieces of history through art. These exhibits are year-round and they are open seven days a week during traditional business hours.

Let your little busy bees get creative and have fun at the Monthaven Art Experience on Sunday, October 3rd, 2021, at the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park! This experience is family friendly, and will be located in the midst of the festival!
Children will learn about the importance of bees and other pollinators in Tennessee while making bee-themed arts & crafts and more. Our pollinators are important for so many reasons, and we want to share the knowledge!
Kids will have the opportunity to participate in painting bee-hive casings and other fun art projects involving our pollinators. Most of these activities will be free, and the few that aren’t won’t cost but a few dollars.
Alongside learning about our pollinators and making “bee” utiful crafts the Tennessee Honey Festival has to offer, there will also be activities for all ages, with other interactive areas. So come out and join us at the Tennessee Honey Festival on October 3rd, 2021 anywhere from 10am to 5pm! Come “bee” creative and support local! Get tickets today!
